AGM NOTICE
Pursuant to the MMSL By-Laws, we are hereby notifying MMSL Members that the 2025 AGM will take place online on:
Saturday, March 7th, 2026
9:15 a.m. Online Registration
10:00 a.m. Online Business Meeting Starts

All MMSL Members in good standing are entitled to attend the AGM and to be heard. Only the Voting Members (in good standing) may vote via their corresponding appointed Delegate. A member in good standing is defined as having no outstanding discipline, fees, or fines owing to the league.
IMPORTANT: Voting Members must inform the MMSL of the names and addresses of the Voting Member Delegates by submitting a completed AGM Delegate Registration Form on or before Friday, February 27th 2026.
It is important to note that failure to provide the Delegate Registration Form will invalidate the Member’s entitlement to vote at the AGM.
The Alternate Delegate Registration Form will be included in the meeting package in the event that one of the Delegates needs to be replaced by an Alternate Delegate. This must be submitted by Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
Having a quorum at the AGM is very important. Please ensure your delegates are persons that are committed to attending. Thank you in advance for having a delegate from your team attend the AGM.
AGENDA
The proposed agenda for the AGM will be available on the MMSL website under the “2025 AGM” link.
NOMINATIONS
Board member nominations will be accepted until Friday, February 20th, 2026.
MEETING PACKAGE
The meeting package containing all documents will be posted to Members on on the MMSL website under the “2025 AGM”. Please check back regularly for updates and additions
NEW BUSINESS
Any Member who wants to have new business placed on the agenda of the meeting must do so in writing to the MMSL office on or before Monday, February 20st, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
